AirClad: expro system

DESIGNED TO GO ANYWHERE, ENGINEERED TO PERFORM IN THE MOST DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS.

The expro system is the range of AirClad structures designed and produced primarily for the events and marketing industries. The AirClad expro is a lightweight, fast and easy to install building system creating the ultimate platform for great events every time. We produce a range of structures that compliment each other. Each structure is designed and engineered for portable touring or to be set up and used permanently. The main frame is an aluminium extrusion that clicks together in assembly, without the need for nuts and bolts. The AirCells wrap around this frame and are pressurized to create tension, giving the AirClad systems their rigidity. A floating floor system clips into the main frame without the need for nuts or bolts. The front and rear fascia are finished to architectural standards, offering a clean, crisp reception for guests with sliding double doors coming as standard. The unique tension system of the AirClad means that for most deployments no ballast or ground fixings are required. The AirClad expro systems are supplied (as standard) with a white main body and skin, tinted glazing and graphite fascia. The aluminium frames can be coated to any RAL color, the air cells and fascias can be colored or digitally branded as required.
